Refund policy

1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us through the inquiry form on our website.

Please note that cancellations after the issuance of the shipping confirmation may be subject to a cancellation fee, including shipping and handling charges, depending on the status of the shipment process.

 

2. Cancellations, returns, or exchanges after the product has been shipped are only accepted in the case of defective items or if the item received differs from the order. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preference or convenience.

 

3. Notwithstanding the above, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following items:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products that have been damaged or stained while in the customer's possession
  • Products without their original packaging (bag, case, etc.)
  • Customized or made-to-order items, including personalized items with names
  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page (for more details, please contact us through the inquiry form)

 

4. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during international transit.


 5. In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will bear the cost of return shipping. For returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g., the product does not meet your expectations), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
