Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Within Japan)

  • Shipping within Japan is generally free of charge nationwide; however, additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote islands or certain regions.

  • We will notify you of the estimated delivery date via email once your order has been confirmed.

Notes on Delivery

  • Delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes or temporary stock shortages for certain items.

  • You may freely specify your delivery address, including your home or workplace.
     ※For gift orders, the billing address can be specified separately, but it must match the address associated with the credit card or payment method.
     ※Only one delivery address can be specified per order. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each.

  • Most products will be delivered to the entrance of the specified address, though in some areas, door-to-door delivery may not be possible.

  • Some products may be delivered via mailbox drop-off.

  • If the delivery address is incorrect or the recipient is absent for an extended period, the package may be returned to our office in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, after the courier’s holding period. In such cases, re-delivery may take additional time. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If you have a preferred delivery date, please specify it in the remarks section during checkout.


International Shipping

  • International shipping is available only for areas and products that are compatible with international shipping. You can check the availability when you enter your address at the time of payment.
  • For international shipments, the actual shipping cost (depending on the area, weight, and shipping method) will be charged. The amount will be added at the time of payment and will be included in the invoice amount.
  • Regarding customs duties and consumption taxes: Customers are responsible for paying their own customs duties, consumption taxes, and other import fees upon receipt. These fees are not included in the product price.
  • Failure to pay: In the unlikely event that a customer refuses to pay duties and taxes, the merchandise will be returned to the sender. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and any other costs incurred. Please note that we will not be able to reship returned merchandise.
  • The delivery time varies depending on the country/region. We will provide a rough estimate at the time of shipment notification, but delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, and other factors.
  • Depending on the destination country or region, certain products may be subject to import bans or restrictions. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.
